Requirements:
Game version 1.1.0 or newer.
Installation:
1. Drop this folder into C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\PhantomBrigade\Mods
2. In the Phantom Brigade's Main Menu, go to Mods and enable it
3. In the character customization, change the overlay
