Changes resource cap to 9 million.
The other "No resource caps" mod didn't work for me. So I made this instead.
It's also super compatible with mods that also edits the resources files, just load this mod after them, and you should be good to go.
Installation:
Drag&Drop the "Mods" folder from the .zip into the "..\Users\**\AppData\Local\PhantomBrigade" folder.
Open Mods menu in the game, then enable the mod, and hit "save config" then restart the game. Don't bother with "apply".
If your installing mods for the very first time ever:
Drag&Drop the "Settings" folder from the .zip into the "..\Users\**\AppData\Local\PhantomBrigade" folder.
