A few modifications to weapons to test some things out. Feel free to use as references when making your own stuff
sniper 3 is now higher damage/heat/ranges to set it apart from sniper 1
starburst now actually fires dummy rockets in a cone
plasma seeker now fires a single orb (like in the text) 3 times, damage adjusted to compensate
Just unpack the zip into your appdata/local/phantombrigade/mods folder and enable on the mods menu
update 3/8 - compatibility fix for new update
