Scripts for modifying models and animations for PSO2:NGS within 3ds Max

These scripts can be used to import and export PSO2/NGS models, skeletons, and even animations to 3ds max. 2017 and forward should work.
Model types are .aqp, .aqo, .trp, .tro, and .prm
Skeletons are .aqn, .trn
Skeletal animations are .aqm, .trm

Terrain Collision (.tcb files) can also be imported, but not exported.

Installation:
Drag the main script into your 3ds max window.
If you have multiple drives, please store the scripts on your system drive to avoid .NET issues.

Usage:
Import your file into a clean scene. For animation importing as well as model and animation exporting, it is expected that you do not have other unrelated models in the scene.
When exporting to a .prm model in particular, select a single mesh to export in the scene before exporting to said format. Note: .prm models cannot contain any kind of texture or material data.

As far as exporting custom PSO2 models, material and shader parameters are important to configure via tags in the material name and textures must be assigned as the shader expects. A freshly imported PSO2 model will have these if  you wish to reference them.

Note that textures should be placed in descending order and NOT in their usual proper slots.

Importing and exporting takes some time for larger models due to the limitations of Maxscript and 3ds Max itself. Unless you see red text in the Maxscript Listener, it probably isn't crashing, just taking its time. Better solutions are being worked on.

There are also known issues with NGS shaders exporting in particular, but most exports will work and custom exports using old PSO2 shaders will work very nicely.

See the readme texts for more detailed usage information.

Credit to TGE for his Maxscript Extensions which have proved continually useful as well as his help in general with getting these scripts made to begin with.
