This save file lets you jump straight into the 18th of April where you can fully roam and explore Kamoshida's palace. The character is named Akira Kurusu. The DLC items that are present in the cardboard box in your room is untouched. No items were bought and sold so the initial 5,000¥ that Ryuji gave you is still intact.
Save was created on the switch version of the game, but to the extent of my knowledge the save structure for both pc and switch are the same so in theory this should work on both platform though I do no guarantee this. Feel free to test it out.
The save path for steam would be:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SEGA\P5R\Steam\STEAMID\savedata
