Long time no see, thus we start things with a simple small mod.

I'm somewhat back in the modding game.
This mod makes the following things free and unlocked since level 1:
If you used my more recent PCBS 1 mods before, then you should know how to install it.
If not then here's the explanation:
3. Click the select button
4. Select the PCBS 2 main directory (where the PCBS2.exe is located!)
5. Then hit next until it finished installing! Launch the game and enjoy. That's literally it, easy innit?
Trouble shooting/Q&A:
- My game crashes after I installed the mod how do I fix it? Just go into the launcher and repair the game files.
- I don't want to use this mod anymore, can I uninstall it? Yes, by verifying the game files
- Will this corrupt my save files? No THIS mod won't cause a major corruption, tho it could be possible that the unlocked tools at lower lvls cause issues, so be careful and ALWAYS make a backup.
I don't take any responsibility for damaged saves or corrupted game files.
