Features
Makes it so you have to shout at the cop only one time instead of three, what was possible only in stealth in base game.
High distances does not affect your chances to dominate a cop anymore, what might be useful for Crew Chief perk deck users.
Adds pretty outlines for dominated and converted cops - they will also change their outlines depending on their HP value.
