changes: -2 concealment sights gain +8 stability instead of +4 -3 concealment sights gain +12 stability instead of +4 surgeon sight has concealment penalty removed at cost of -4 stability that's pretty much everything. tried tweaking 45 degree sights, but after tweaking them they seem to just fucking crash your game, kek.
