This mod unlocks Kingpin for you without getting tagged as Cheater. You still need to spend some Perk Points to unlock it first. Btw this mod isn't mine, the original got deleted so I reupload it. Or you can use other Kingpin duplicator called "Leech King" where it just make more powerful Kingpin to make it on par with Leech.
