a mesh change to hoxton (the npc one, not the player character) to give him his ponytail and replace his body mesh with the newer jumpsuit model seen on green bridge and breakfast in tijuana. Should work with face retextures, might have a marginal performance penalty compared to vanilla but it does have LODs and mipmaps so you might be okay.
