Adds a chance for the main menu to apply random weather, time of day and sky rotation to make it less repetitive.

This mod makes it so that every time the main menu is loaded, it is loaded normally with 35% chance and randomized with 65% chance.
Randomizer selects random sky rotation (read: sun position), time of day (between 2 and 24 hours, to make night less prominent) and weather (with a slight bias towards intended menu weather and other options straight from the game). As it for whatever reason never rains in the menu, rain weathers have been excluded (they looked just cloudy anyway).
Sometimes randomizer results in cool shots, sometimes it looks meh. I tried to tweak it but unfortunately found no way to completely exclude underwhelming variations. If anyone has any ideas, let me know!
