This is a reshade tweak to make the game look a little more clear and vibrant without killing the classic depressing vibes of Pathologic.
This should be mostly performance neutral, I wouldn't expect much of an FPS change.
1. Download Reshade from here
2. Run the installer and select Pathologic and the option that includes DirectX 11
3. Download the default effects
4. Put PathoShade.ini in the same folder as Pathologic.exe
5. Open the reshade menu in game (should be Home key by default) and open the PathoShade preset at the top of the menu. If performance mode is off, check in back on.
