      You need to rename the file with .zip at the end. And then extract the contents into your portraits folder.

      I used 7zip, just right click and extract. No need to rename the file from rar to zip, that's probably what's messing it up.

      its a .rar file so use winrar

    File doens't validate DD 18/01 - so you can't unpack

    so I looked 3 times going through all 100 and I noticed that 52 which (by your group pics) would be the monk in a bamboo forest is instead a male teifling with a flaming sword and I can't find the monk

      Sorry friend, some portraits changed after the update I made and I haven't updated the examples yet, thanks for the feedback.

    renamed it with .zip in the end and extracted it into every single folder concerning the game, just errors everywhere

    man I wish these portrait mods uploaded in packs with titles like "male human" so Idon't have to download the entire thing everytime, look through the files and then decide I don't like any of them
