This is a portrait pack I put together from a variety of images. I specifically spent some time getting some Monk's some portraits as they seem to get no love. Below is the best instructions on a portrait mod (taken from Heroes Stolen Lands mod ... I strongly recommend that portrait pack).

Installation
Extract the zip file into the following path:
In Windows use the Hotkey: "Win+R" copy and paste:
How to use
Use the little "custom portraits" icon under the offical portraits in the character creation.
Thats it, enjoy! Maybe i will update this later on, but you can do this by yourself!
