Regongar was my least favourite companion in my first playthrough of Kingmaker. He was loud, reckless, arrogant and possessive and reminded me of how certain types of angry young men act. Regongar's default portrait is that of a square-jawed veteran with the years piled up under his eyes. The concept art I found of him painted him younger, with smoother skin and shaggier hair. My tweaks, incorporating the concept art, are quire subtle. His face is thinner, longer and he has a bit of a mullet growing (because young people make experimental hair mistakes). He still has an angry scowl, but this custom portrait given him a youthful self-consciousness that I think suits the character better.
This is not a default replacement. To use in your game, you'll need to copy the three images to one of the custom folders in your game's portrait folder (C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Kingmaker\Portraits) and use the fantastic Visual Adjustments mod to change Regongar's portrait in-game.You may need to enable hidden folders in your control panel to access the AppData folder.
