There is an animation problem with the plume of the hat and with one of the hat's edge which is unnoticeable once Pengullet starts moving. I can't seem to fix it, but overall, it works and is cute.
How to download: 1. Download the .zip file and extract it to get the .pak file. 2. Put the .pak file inside your SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks folder. 3. Enjoy!
