About this mod

This mod brings modifications to both Passives and Trainer Skills. Say goodbye to the monotonous mono-element team compositions dominated by a single damaging Pal, as this mod opens up new possibilities and strategies for players to explore.

Exciting Passives: Discover revamped passives with new effects that make every choice fun and interesting.
Every passive has been made interesting to use. Removed useless Passives. Some passives now do new things like LifeSteal.
For Better Visibility I have re-adjust ranking of Passives : rank1= working passives, rank2= defense passives, rank3= damage passives.
All the descriptions have been rewritten so you can understand exactly what each passive does (description updated for all languages available but translated to English ONLY).

Balanced Trainer Skills: Adjustments to Trainer Skills for more interesting gameplay. No more mono-element team meta. 
  • All "uniques" Trainer Skills (uniques non-damaging Traits only available on one Pal) are unchanged (eg. Hard Head).
  • Trainer Skills buffing Attack damage of other Pals from the same Element while in Team are unchanged (eg. Dark Knowledge).
  • Trainer Skills that previously boosted the elemental damage of Pals and/or Players during combat or while riding now only necessitate the Pal's presence within the team. Furthermore, to diversify gameplay and move away from mono-element team strategies, these Trainer Skills now enhance the attack damage of all Pals in the team, rather than focusing solely on elemental damage, but they still buff the element damage of the player (eg. Modified DNA, Red Hare).
  • If a Trainer Skills modifies the elemental damage of the player, only the presence of the Pal on the field is required for this effect (to prevent issues when multiple similar Pals are in the team). However, if a Trainer Skills enhances both Pal and player damage while also altering the player's elemental damage, it requires to be only be present in the team for the damage enhancement aspect, but being on the field is necessary for altering the player's elemental damage (e.g., Ice Steed).
  • Trainer Skills giving more drop rate from pals of a Element now only necessitate the Pal's presence within the team. (eg. Grimoire Collector).
  • Trainer Skills giving LifeSteal (LifeSteal and NOT Health Regen) now only necessitate the Pal's presence within the team. (eg. Heart Drain).
  • To accommodate the new adjustments, balancing changes have been applied to all Trainer Skills concerning their damage values.
Description of Trainer Skills HAS NOT be rewritten (sadly I didnt find the file with TrainerSkill Descriptions -> TO DO LIST).
Just Remember, buffing damage buffs all Pal now, it buffs attack damage instead of element damage, and requires Pals to be only present in the team. Riding a Pal or having it on field is now only required for altering the Player element damage. 


HOW TO INSTALL THIS MOD ?

! DOWNLOAD ONE MAIN FILE ONLY !
Extract and put the .PAK into the ~mods folder.
If the ~mods folder does not exist, create it.
Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods\

!!! WARNING !!! -> Best to use this mod with a NEW SAVE ! Otherwise Some changes with Trainer Skills wont work ! Also existing Passives will stay. Might corrupt your old save? 


Note : Some Trainer skills, to be unlocked require to craft a saddle for the Pal. This mod doesnt change that.
   I didnt removed the useless passives from the game. I made them not assignable on Pals.
   Made another Version with ALL PASSIVES assignable on Pals (+Negatives Passives).
   Added LITE VERSION for people who want to remove Negatives passives and have everything else untouched (vanilla).
   In this Lite version, I've made rank -1/-2/-3 passives not assignable on Pals. Be aware, some rank1/2/3 have Negatives values aswell as Positives ones.
