Gives Palmi's clothes for the player.
Palmi is an unused NPC in the files that will presumably be added with updates. She has nice clothes, so I decided to make them usable for the player. It replaces the starting clothes.
installation
drop the pak file in Pal\Content\Paks\~mods
create the ~mods folder
