This removes all random human spawns from the list of possible spawns in all areas, leaving only the pals.
Installation: Copy the pak file into <Palworld Install Folder>\Pal\Content\Paks\.
Doesn't affect static humans that are always there. It only affects the usually aggressive humans that sometimes spawn.
