Performance improvement
An easy tweak to increase grass density. It also gives you better grass by other adjusting.
Install 1. Download this mod. 2. Copy the lines in the file of this mod. 3. Open "Engine.ini" in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Pal\Saved\Config\Windows\" 4. Paste the lines you just copied into "Engine.ini", under [SystemSettings].
If there is no [SystemSettings] in your "Engine.ini", just add [SystemSettings] in the end of the file. After that, the last part of your file should look like this:
And then paste the lines you just copied under [SystemSettings].
(Optional) You can adjust the values by yourself. I've commented next to the lines.
The dynamic shadows of grass hit the performance a lot, especially when there is more grass. So you can disable the grass shadows to gain more fps by setting the value of "grass.DisableDynamicShadows" to 1.
Unistall Remove the lines you pasted in "Engine.ini".
