Reduces Sound for Player Heal effect ( The sound is still present, but subtle )

How it works > 

- Lower Volume for "Player Heal" ( now with terraprisma or anything that does alot of hits, the heal sound
procs to many times ) 

V1; " -10 " dB from Default ( Recommended for general sound devices user )

          &

V2; " -15 " dB from Default ( Recommended for HeadPhone user )

Note > 

- Use only one file at a time

- No filters or compressions. Plain and simple reduction of dB Levels

- The sound is still present, but subtle

Installation for PAK file > 

- Go to Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks

- Extract the mod and put the .pak file into the above folder
