Allows the unused Pal Dragostrophe to be used again in the current patch of Pal World

This mod adds back all the missing files from the Pal Dragostrophe as they were left off back in version 0.1.5.1, and allows them to function in patch 0.5.5.70590 of Pal World.
Installation
Installing is as simple as dropping the .pak file into your "Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks" directory.
Known Issues
- The Spa and Electrified Animations were unable to be ported, so instead the Pal will remain in their Idle animation during those events.
