Solve the LOD pop issue in the original game, by editing "r.SkeletalMeshLODBias" and "r.StaticMeshLODDistanceScale".
This mod aims to make the game look sick and do not hurt your eyes at the same time.
It's an ULTRA graphic enhancement, so it may cause severe performance hit.
I tested the mod without DLSS on 13900k, 4090, 32GB. The result: 1440p: 110-150 fps 2160p: 70-100 fps

Installation Tweak Unreal Engine :
Put "Engine.ini" into "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Pal\Saved\Config\Windows\". Replace the old file.
(Optional) Install ReShade Prestet:
(If you don't like the Reshade preset, you can skip this step. Without ReShade, you can still get most of the features in this mod, except ambient light, more contrast and more sharpness.)
1. Put "DECENT Plus Preset.ini" into "..\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64\" (in the same directory with "Palworld-Win64-Shipping.exe").
2. Download ReShade: https://reshade.me/#download
3. Run the Reshade Setup and follow the guide: ① Choose the game Palworld. ② Choose DirectX 10/11/12. ③ When it tells you to "Select effects to install", click the "Browse" button in the bottom of the interface. And then choose the "DECENT Plus Preset.ini" which you just downloaded as a preset file to install only the effects it uses. Then nothing is needed to be changed, you can click "Next" in every step.
Sometimes, the game may crash after you changing "Engine.ini". Relax, just reopen the game.
Update If you have installed DECENT Plus, to update to the new version, you just need to replace the file "Engine.ini" and "DECENT Plus Preset.ini".
Uninstall 1. Delete the folder "reshade-shaders" in "..\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64\".
2. Delete the following files in "..\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64\": dxgi.dll, ReShade.ini, ReShade.log, DECENT Plus Preset.ini.
3. In "Engine.ini", delete the following sections and the lines under them: [SystemSettings], [/Script/WindowsTargetPlatform.WindowsTargetSettings], [/Script/Engine.RendererSettings]
4. Make sure the read-only attribute of "Engine.ini" is unchecked.
5. In the game, change any graphic settings and save the changes, in order to refresh some files. Close the game, some files will be replaced with default ones by the engine.
About Performance Hit If you suffer from the low fps, try DECENT ReShade. It is performance friendly, for lower gears.
