About this mod
Motivational Leader is now "Jedi Knight"
Jedi Knight gives the player movement speed based on the version that you download.
I'll start with 100% version.
Also Does a couple buffs to the game involving trait drop rate and a couple buffs

Installation
1. Download the zip file
2. Extract the file
3. Open the created folder and copy the PAK file
4. Go to Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks Folder and Paste
5. Done!
DT_PASSIVESKILL_MAIN - Mods that alter passives won't work with this one.
The lv4 traits mod should work as that's on a different data table.
Pal Ability CD mod should also work as well. Won't work with pal passive altering mods, IE a mod that buffs Gobfins passive or the riding bonus elemental damage you get from certain pals.
This Mod has some other stuff baked into it.
For starters Motivational Leader > Jedi Knight with the effect of giving you 100% movement speed. The description text still says workspeed, Didn't feel like making a 3rd pak file for that.
Nimble buffed 10%-->35%
Runner buffed 20%-->55%
Swift buffed 30%-->55% I might make stand alone mods for this alone. But as I make more versions of this mod the mount speed buffs will change. I might also make a set of mods that is purely motivational leader.
Serious buffed 20-->25% and is now back to its rightful gold status
Workslave unchanged 30% but is now gold status too.
Artisan unchanged 50%
Lucky is now 30% atk and 30% workspeed from 15%/15% making it on par with workslave in terms of workspeed and making it on par with musclehead and demon god.
Legend is now 30% atk 30% def 25% mount speed from 20%20%15%
Slower versions will lower the mount speed bonuses down, while ones above 100% will add more.
Rainbow Traits, Remarkable Craftsman, Vampiric, Demon God, Fasting, Unmovable SAN king, Eternal Stamina, and Diamond body have all had their appearance rate buffed to 100.
What does this mean? Before it was only 5. So it basically means you have a 20x chance to see the new rainbow traits with this mod. I'll make a standalone version of this as well as a new file so people can find it.
I plan on making a 25% 50% version as well as a 200% and 300% version. and maybe a 500% version just for the lawlz
Maybe a 10% version for those who have motion sickness
