Library of functions needed for several of my mods to make it easier to maintain

This is only a library of functions and macros necessary to make several of my mods work.
Due to possible conflict related to version differences and directory path overlapping, I can no longer safely or easily package the library as part of each mod, so I had to make the library its own mod.

Edit the file named "load_order.txt" at relative path:
- STEAM or DEDICATED SERVER: Pal\Binaries\Win64\Mods\BPModLoaderMod
- GAMEPASS: Palworld\Content\Pal\Binaries\WinGDK\Mods\BPModLoaderMod
