Fixes the Bows consuming arrows when switching weapons on Dedicated Servers.

Hello, currently there is a bug on dedicated servers where if you have a Bow and you switch weapons, it will consume an arrow on each switch. I've made a bug report and provided the fix to them so I'm hoping there'll be an official fix for it soon, but if you want to try a fix for it now then here you go. Make sure to uninstall the mod when they do fix it officially.
I've tested this mod on my own server and it worked, but if any issues appear, let me know.
THIS IS MEANT TO BE INSTALLED INSIDE THE DEDICATED SERVER'S FILES, DO NOT INSTALL IT AS A CLIENT!
Mod goes into PalServer\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods
Note: Works on Linux servers aswell since it doesn't rely on UE4SS.
