Yeah, only issue i'm having right now is figuring out how to get the assets to pak. For some reason when I import the model into UE5 and then package, with the correct file structure, I can see in Fmodel that my assets just don't exist, and there's extra stuff in there that is not included. I haven't really messed with UE5 that much, but i used to make stuff for Hogwarts Legacy and some other games, so I've used this method before, it just seems convoluted with Palworld. That or i'm just dumb and missing something.
Edit: Speaking of.. Is there any advice you have on this? I know you mentioned releasing some guides later on, but my only issue is creating the pak file in UE. It either includes a bunch of shader files, or it doesn't include any of the "Content" and below folders/assets. Are you using UE or are you using the paktool?
In your packaging settings, try to: Uncheck Use Io Store Check both Use Pak File and Generate Chunks Also rename your pak file so that it ends with "_P" If that doesn't work I guess you can wait for my guide hahah
Yeah I did both of those, lol. Unfortunately its just outputting a pak file that only includes the "Engine" folder with the default Config/Content/Plugins folders and then the Pal folder has Config/Content/Plugins but the Content folder only has 4 shader packages in it. Idk whats different. Guess I'll wait for the guide :P. Thanks for doing one at least. and for the attempt at helping.
Just to clarify, you ARE using Unreal Engine 5, right? I'm not supposed to be packing this with UE4, am I?

I'm making a guide on doing that, will release it on github this week or next week.
