I made this because I like to listen to the radio while nearby on foot, and always had to reopen the door after getting out.
With this mod, when you exit your car the driver door will not automatically close. You must close it manually instead.
In the Files tab I've also included an optional version which applies the same change for entering the car as well.

This mod may become incompatible with newer versions of the game, or other mods as more are released. Luckily the changes are very simple to make If you'd like to apply them yourself:
If you open \Content\Characters\Player\PDP_MainCharacter.uasset in UAssetGUI and scroll to the bottom of the Export Data tree, you'll see both the EnterCarTimeline_Template and ExitCarTimeline_Template trees.
Nested in each of those trees you'll find an EventTracks tree, in which you can simply delete the entry that corresponds to the EventTrack with DoorShut in the TrackName.
