This mod lets you replace a Health/Mana/Stamina regeneration buff with a stronger version while preventing it the other way around.

I felt the game uses odd priorisation rules between different recovery buffs of the same familly.
For exemple, with Health Recovery buff family:
HealthRecovery1 -> priority 4
HealthRecovery2 -> priority 1
HealthRecovery3 -> priority 2
HealthRecovery4 -> priority 3
HealthRecovery5 -> priority 1

M'kay ? When you already have a buff of a given family you receive a new one, the one with higher priority is kept. This means, in vanilla game, if you have Health Recovery level 2, 3, 4 ou 5 buff and consume a salmon (Health Recovery 1) you now have Health Recovery 1 buff only. Now consume a Bread Of The Wild (Health Recovery 5) you're still stuck with level 1 buff and you'll have to wait for it to end...

This minimal mod only patches recovery buffs so their priority matches their level, making the game behave the way you probably expected it to work.

Installation

There are two version of the mod DLL: one which uses Harmony pre-2.0 (443f551) shiped with BepInEx 5 RC1, and one which uses Harmony 1 shiped with unstable versions of BepInEx 5 (as the one provided in Extended Quickslots files).

Download the file corresponding to the BepInEx version you are using, and move it to Outward\BepInEx\plugins directory.
