Thank you for sharing this mod! Just to be clear on what you are getting for anyone looking into downloading this, it appears that the mod never passed v1, so the low stamina screen effect is COMPLETELY disabled. Meaning with this mod installed your low stamina indicators will be your stamina bar levels and your character bent over and huffing when they run out of breath. (The shared image looks to be showing an example of the vanilla effect that this mod removes.)
Just an update on the install directions though since it seems like they are outdated... Follow the directions from this link: https://outward.gamepedia.com/Installing_Mods and place this mods .dll file here: Outward\BepInEx\plugins\
