Legacy weapon with a status effect that convert impact into frost damage.

The shatter status effect froze the enemy into ice preventing it from moving or acting, duration is short, but if hit while frozen it shatter dealing 100 + impact damage as frost.
For now the only way to inflict shatter is through the Stalagmite GreatHammer which is a legacy version of Pyrite GreatHammer (it have to be put into a legacy chest and then when recovered by a new character convert in the new version).
Maybe in future i re-implement the status into other mods, for now i didn't feel so sure about the balancement.
To install the mod just put (or extract) the "plugins" folder in the zip file inside the BepInex folder.
