Runic Heal
Vanilla Runic Heal restored a flat 40 health to the player and was unaffected by the skill Runic Prefix. Now, the health restored is proportional and the skill is buffed by Runic Prefix. Whether this is a buff or nerf depends on the specific build of the character.
