Originally compiled/edited by iguanaclerk, I'm just reuploading it here. This is the texture pack you should install before installing any HD remakes, as it contains of lot of fixes and superior quality sprites sourced from the Lindbergh/Chihiro arcade versions. This requires Outrun 2006 Tweaks.
