OVERVIEW:
This mod changes the international localization file of Outlast 2. New features include:
INSTALLATION:
REMINDER: BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL OLGame.int AND OLNarrative.int FILE FIRST IN CASE YOU WANT TO GO BACK.
NOTE:
If you only want the hints/tips mod, only replace the OLGame.int file. If you also want the documents mod, you may also replace OLNarrative.int.
CHANGELOG:
v1.1: Added OLNarrative and removed "Put Down" prompt for collectibles.
v1.2: Fixed intro synopsis and loading screen quotations.
v1.3: Changed some stuff
This mod changes the international localization file of Outlast 2. New features include:
- New button prompt messages for both gamepad and keyboard.
- New tutorial messages that are 105% helpful.
- New chapter titles.
- Viewing your inventory also shows your adjectives.
- Loading screens now feature excerpts from Hogwarts School of Prayer and Miracles
- v1.1: Most in-game texts and documents are now copypastas
INSTALLATION:
REMINDER: BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL OLGame.int AND OLNarrative.int FILE FIRST IN CASE YOU WANT TO GO BACK.
- Go to your Steam installation directory, and then to:
steamapps\common\Outlast 2\OLGame\Localization\INT - Replace OLGame.int and/or OLNarrative with the one downloaded from the mod. DON'T FORGET TO BACK UP THE ORIGINAL FIRST!
