Experience Outlast 2, but with better/longer lasting batteries and slightly higher inventory.

What does this mod do? 

1.) Increase Battery duration for all difficulties, but varies per level of difficulty. 
2.) Increase carrying capacity for batteries slightly, and doubles inventory for bandages
