This mod is a 4K upscale of Waylon Park's textures in Outlast: Whistleblower.
WARNING:
Outlast does not have proper support for 4k textures so you had to put that
configuration files (the ini files in the mod folder) for improve the
game's performance and 4k texture support
To Install:
Step 1: Download and extract this mod
Step 2: Download the TFC Installer
Step 3: Open the TFC Installer and set the game folder then set the Mod folder as the Waylon Park folder
Step 4: Press update Outlast + DLC
Step 5: Go to Documents -> My Games -> Outlast -> OLGame -> Config and drag drop the OLEngine.ini and OLSystemSettings.ini
Step 6: Go to Game's directory and find the OLGame folder OLGame -> Config
and drag drop the DefaultGame.ini and DefaultSystemSettings.ini
Step 7: Go to Game's directory again and find the Engine Folder Engine ->
Config and drag drop the BaseEngine.ini BaseGame.ini
BaseSystemSettings.ini
Step 8: Launch the Game and Enjoy!

Performance Note:
Despite being 4K, this mod is surprisingly performance-friendly.
Tested on a low-end system with no noticeable FPS loss. (as long as you apply the provided configuration files)
The Roadmap of Mod:
If new versions of Topaz Gigapixel AI show noticeable improvements, I'll re-upscale the textures and release an update.
If there's enough demand, I might upscale other characters like Father Martin in future updates.
