About this mod
A quick 2x upscale of the games textures (whistleblower included)

A simple 2x upscale of all of Outlast's textures (with mipmaps)
Google drive link (in case the downloads too slow)
*WARNING*
Outlast was built on a decade old engine and does not have proper support for 4k textures so don't expect 100% stable gameplay, 4gb vram recommended
To Install:
1). Download and extract this mod
2). Download the latest TFC Installer build
3). Launch TFC Installer and set the game folder (go to steam, right click on outlast, properties, installed files, browse) then set the TFC Installer game patch as the MyMod folder
4). Press update Outlast + DLC
5). Go to Documents -> My Games -> Outlast -> OLGame -> Config and drag and drop the OLEngine.ini (OLSystemSettings.ini is entirely optional) files inside the folder (the OLEngine.ini files contain texture streaming tweaks for better fps while the OlSystemSettings.ini provides improved graphics and texture resolution)
6). Should hopefully work, if you need help or have any issues you can either ask here or on wastelander121s discord server, Mod Creators Guild. (I would really appreciate some suggestions on what games you'd like me to work on next)
To Update:
Remove the mod via the uninstall instructions below, re-install outlast then follow the install instructions above (make sure your using the latest build of TFC Installer)

To Remove:
First Method: Restore Backup With TFC Installer
Second Method (if you can't restore backup for whatever reason): Delete the Outlast Game Folder then Uninstall and Reinstall Outlast
(if you want to remove the OLEngine.ini just delete the entire config folder and it will be regenerated when you next launch the game)
*ISSUES*
- PC texture seems to be completely broken
- Game sometimes stutters and occasionally crashes (if you have >4gb vram this shouldn't happen at all)
