Let's change how we actually view Onimusha, and add a layer of atmosphere with simulated analogue imperfections.
Not only does this fit the game more with modern indie horror genres, but also uses the analogue aging to ironically clean up the actual age and visual imperfections built within vanilla graphics.
This also works if you just want the game to make you feel nostalgic for a lost era of media you may actually have lived through
Or maybe you people just find the Video tape era fascinating....which is why VCRs are still produced (I do too)
