I ended up downloading your mod. It does work great!
However, I've made a crapton of edits and improvements to it. In my opinion, the balance was neither 'super overpowered like an actual cheat' nor 'balanced properly to enhance the game' so I leaned toward the latter. It was kinda somewhere in between, so I took a couple of days to alter some stuff.

You can still cheese all sorts of legendary scrolls and whatnot, but what I wanted was to put a limiter on the amount of repairing you can do during a typical run, thus preventing myself from just using one OP weapon and armor the whole run and repairing for 5% energy. I also rebalanced the costs of items so they're a bit more interesting and tactical for "using only items I find during the run" runs.
I also plan to add more spawnable items, because the Blasphemous Gel option is kind of boring and I'd like to replace it, maybe add a couple others, and etc.
Question! You stated that you extracted the files from the .wolf events, but I can't find a working .wolf decryptor that works for OWH+ anywhere. Do you remember which one you used? I would like to update and fix a bunch of item descriptions/names if possible.
Well... to every person is his opinion. This is the perfect version for me. If that's the perfect version for you, then that's fine too. If you want to, upload the file somewhere and tell me the exact changes you made and I'll add it here or you can upload it yourself on the nexus (Pain in the ass, though)
I do have the extractor but the original link I downloaded it from died. The thing is, I'm traveling right now and I can't access it since it's on my main computer and right now I'm on a laptop without a copy of the game's files (I added the tools as an extra folder in there)
I hope I remember to upload it sometime. I did try uploading it here but, since VirusTotal didn't give it a full rating due to its file altering properties, nexus flagged it as potential malware. However, you wanted to fix the names and descriptions, right? The extracted files aren't in a plain text format but in a proprietary Wolf RPG file. You can search for a Wolf RPG .arc extractor and a file decripting tool for the extracted files. I wanted to do the same too, but outside of the BMG and the conversation files, I couldn't do anything else to improve the game technically. (Partly because I'm a lazy slob)
I recently replaced the Blasphemous Gels option with an option to give the player 1x Area Map, 1x Scroll of Analysis, and 1x Magic Bridge. I call it the Utility kit (x3). Might add more down the line :)
As for the .arc extractor, I'll poke around for it. I'm not lazy, but I'm not super motivated either. If I can't find what I'm looking for, then I'll just return my focus to the cheat menu.
Thanks for the help so far! When I get my version to a final(ish) state, I'll send you what I've compiled.
Great. If you don't have a full changelog, I can play through it, see if there are any bugs or typos (I found a TON in mine, believe me) and note all the changes and put it up as an alternative.
I thought my mod got deleted by the new update today, but thankfully it did not! Whew.
I actually fixed a humongous number of typos/grammar errors from your version, but it's unlikely there will be any in mine. I triple-check every addition to be sure. Can't hurt to get a second check.
I tried doing that, but directly from the get-go, there were problems with the scripts. Some options were not recognized due to the game's inability to recognize stats other than the major ones.
Sorry, but I was already done with this, and this little project would take a few hours to adapt. If you want to do it yourself, then go ahead. I uploaded the original game files for you to play with. In the mod, I made changes in Iris' initial dialogue choices and the cheat menu itself is at the bottom of the file.

I thought I was done here...
I have had it in my system for two? years now. Nothing happened.
Edit: It was quarantined. Here's a mirror: https://www.mediafire.com/file/q5smnglkbopm06o
