This Mod will unlock the Map Editor and some other stuff.

Requiements:
Tropico 5 Mod Loader 3.0
Tropico 5 Hedgehog
How to install:
Extract the Mod Loader and paste it into Omerta.
Place the CheatDev.lua inside the Mods folder.
Copy the Hedgehog folder from Tropico 5 and paste it into the main Omerta folder.
In the game you can press the ` to Open the DevTools (or Ö for Germany)
When you are on a map, you can press F3 to open the map editor.
