Tools for extract, change and pack audio from the game Of Orcs And Men.
Usage:
1. Unpack with any archivator (for example 7zip, winrar or other) loc_eng_voices.spk file from folder Of Orcs And Men\packs
2. Unpack archive with this program in any place on you're PC
3. Run file of_orcs_and_men_ogg_tools.exe
4. For export file to ogg and lip (this lipsinc anymation) select "Unpack" tab, for creation PGZ game file, select "Pack" tab
5. Press "Open file" button for work with one file or press "Open folder" for work with all files in one folder
