This mods improves handicaps in a number of ways.
• Displays all the handicap information so you won't be surprised about secret handicap modifiers (e.g. extra claim at hq 5 when below manager). • Removes a lot of handicap modifiers so you can easily remember them and removes ones that create bad gameplay (e.g. factories were worse at high handicap levels, and you didn't need to buy your own stock at very low handicap levels). • Rebalanced the handicap levels to make them more linear so changing difficulties doesn't spike the difficulty at very low or very high levels (e.g. changing the upgrade cost by 25% in addition to the normal changes when moving from/to the lowest or highest 2 handicap levels). • Fixes handicaps causing prices to crash or sky rocket.
