Boosts all types of caits and octopuffs' encounter rate by x10

How to install :
Place cait_octopuff_x10_encounter_rate_p pak file in the Paks folder.
(example : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Octopath_Traveler2\Octopath_Traveler2\Content\Paks)
To uninstall the mod, simply delete cait_octopuff_x10_encounter_rate_p.pak file in the Paks folder.
Files used in the mod :
EncountVolumeData.uasset and EncountVolumeData.uexp. This mod is incompatible with other mods which use the same files.
