An extension of my Better Descriptions mod that also replaces the vague dialog in the Side Stories menu with an in-game guide.

The purpose of this mod is to give players an in-game guide for all of the Side Stories in the game, listing out which path actions to use, then naming the NPC to use those path actions on and giving the location of that NPC as well (shown in-game as Path Action: NPC name and location), followed by alternative methods to complete the quest when available, and finally listing any rewards given when the quest is completed. Many of the quests in this game can be very vague, forcing players to have to look up a guide online to figure out where they are suppose to go and what they have to do, this mod will hopefully remove that step and allow players to use the Side Stories menu as an in-game guide instead.
Note: Please let me know if the current format for the wording in-game makes sense, I considered changing it for Purchase/Steal to show the item name instead of the NPC name, but that would still leave the player searching the area for the correct one to interact with, which is why the current format is showing Path Action: NPC name and location. For Guide/Allure it will sometimes tell you which NPC to use Guide/Allure on and then who to bring them to, but if not then always assume you bring them to the "Client" or the quest giver NPC.
Important: This mod uses the GameTextEN.uexp and GameTextEN.uasset files, so it will be incompatible with other mods that use these files. My Better Descriptions mod is already included in this mod and it uses those same files, so if you are using that mod and would also like to use this one, just delete the Better Descriptions mod and use this one instead, do not use both at the same time.
Install: Download the "SideStoriesHelper_p.pak" file and place it into your "[steam install folder]\steamapps\common\OCTOPATH TRAVELER\Octopath_Traveler\Content\Paks\" folder. If you have no other mods installed, you should only see a "Octopath_Traveler-WindowsNoEditor.pak" file in this folder.
Uninstall: Delete the ""SideStoriesHelper_p.pak" file from the same folder listed above.
