HVFilePacker is a tool used to unpack and repack obscure 2 HVP files

How to use:
unpack the zip file anywhere you like then use any of these methods:
-Method 1: drag and drop your hvp file into the tool to unpack, or drag and drop the unpacked folder to repack it (you need an existing hvp file)
-Method 2: run the tool then choose one of the two options to repack or unpack then input the file path
-Method 3: use the (Add HVFilePacker to right click menu) script to add the option to unpack and repack files by right clicking on hvp files or folders
