Obscure Texture Tool is an unpacker/repacker for .dic and .dip files found in obscure 1 and 2.
How to use:
drag and drop your .dip or .dic file into the tool to unpack the file. The tool will create a folder and convert the textures to dds format.
To repack the files into .dip or .dic, you can drag and drop the folder containing the textures into the tool, you'll be asked to choose a format.
Input 1 for obscure 1 .dip or 2 for obscure 2 .dic
