So this mod does what its title says : Remove the quest marker, both on map and on the Compass.
Why ? Oblivion was developped like a vocal morrowind, most quests (Roughly 95% of them) can be achieved without using any map marker. it was added in the late game development after the random people test session, since some were frustrated and well, they had to go modern way.
Simply act RP, talk to the people, gather infos and then, more than all, explore. Following a GPS marker is by far the laziest way of playing an RPG in my opinion, as it removes the interest of exploring and more than all, thinking. Without the marker, talking to people in a town, going to the tavern, should be a reflex. We called this "Investigating" in a forgotten era where not everything was given to the player at the start of a quest. You have a world twice larger than Skyrim, and far better written quests, explore it, don't go straight following a GPS dot as in my humble opinion, you'll miss the whole game point.
Though, you need to note that i was not (like most people from what i see) able to remove the range on the compass from the objective, to my personal disappointement.
I did not find a way to remove the range, unless you want all numbers in the game to disappear too, which would not be fun. If someone has an idea for this, please tell me, I'll update immediatly as for me it's a big issue... Anyway, better than nothing, enjoy :)
Also, this mod will disable markers placed by yourself (Not wanted, simply they share the same file). Well. Learn how to read a map...
Installation : Unzip and put the pak, ucas and utoc files in : Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods
