About this mod
A rebalance of all enchanted leveled items, quest rewards, merchant items and daedric artifacts. This rebalance intends to fix the stats to level reward ratio making every item useful in their own way or for particular builds with emphasis on Master Difficulty. Ported from OG Oblivion.

The Whole Idea
In order to properly balance items, I have ordered them into separate groups, standard items may not all be around Elven/Ebony level due to them being readily available at level 1 (These are usually around Chainmail/Silver level). All items touched have been buffed, already overpowered items have not been touched. My overall balancing takes into consideration Base stat Daedric power level, the Mundane Ring's enchant power level (No item is relatively stronger than this already overpowered unique ring, exceptions being Daedric Artifacts and/or End of Questline rewards). Some enchants have been tweaked to fit certain playstyles better or adjusted in general to provide at least a few practical uses. One of my main concerns were the Merchant Items which you can find in nearly every shop costing so much, but being useless by the time you got the gold to buy one/easily replaced with higher level base gear. A side note that I may add is that each questline has a relative difficulty curve, which may slightly influence end of questline reward strength.
Enchanted Leveled Items
An all-round buff to stat increase per level but not overpowered since these are regular items.
Quest Rewards
Increased stats allow these rewards to be used instead of just another junk item to sell for gold. Some even rivaling Daedric artifacts in power.
Merchant Items
Now worth saving your money for as they are much better. Base stats have been increased to Elven/Ebony level so that even high-level players may find a use for them. Enchants have been strengthened to fulfill these weapons intended role. Some merchants only sell their unique item if your Mercantile skill is over 50, these items are slightly stronger than merchant items available at Mercantile skill 0.
Daedric Artifacts
Now all daedric artifacts are leveled to level 30 stats, making them truely unique and powerful items that are nearly impossible to rival. Base stats have been increased to slightly stronger than Daedric. Weapon charge is now lower, providing these artifacts with the power which they deserve so you don't have to recharge them every battle.
End of Questline Rewards
Now the final reward for each guild/cause has been optimized to be a viable choice for combat. This includes the Royal Dragon Armor set!
