I've been making these on and off for my own personal use for a while now. And since Oblivion Remastered came out just recently, I wanted to make this again.

It's a random character generator that I made, because honestly I get indecisive about what kind of character to play at times, also I like doing Roguelike/challenge playthroughs.

It's not a modification to the game, but a standalone .exe file that you use by running it, and then it will generate a text file.
When you run this, it will randomly choose a race, an origin, a birthsign, a vanilla class for your character. Will also choose allowed weapons, allowed schools of magic, and allowed armor type.

It also picks 3 random mandatory questlines from the game for you to finish. The rules are simple:
--------
1) You have to finish those quests without dying or getting a game over screen in order to successfully win a run. Follow the rules stated in the text file, it will also state whether your character can sneak or pick locks, etc. Outside of the schools of magic, you are allowed to use your greater powers and lesser powers however you like.

2) You are also not allowed to start and do the quests of major questlines and DLC quests, if they weren't drawn as your mandatory questlines, because they can give you overpowered rewards. The examples for these quests are: fighter's guild, mages guild, dark brotherhood, thieves guild, main questline, arena, knights of the nine, shivering isles, frostcrag spire, battlehorn castle, etc... Basically the questlines that are randomly drawn as mandatory questlines for you, can't be finished by you if you didn't draw them. One exception to this is the Daedric Shrine quests. You can do those as however you like.

If you are confused about what constitutes as a "major questline", refer to this link:
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Quests
They are basically "Main Quest", "Faction Quests" and the "Official Download Quests".
(If you drew Main Questline as a mandatory questline, you can still do the Remastered Quests)

3) Some mandatory questlines may feature quests that can end in failure, like some of the Daedric Quests. If a quest ends in failure, but doesn't cause a game over / load screen, your run is still not considered over. You can carry on with your other quests.
But contrarily, if a quest failure results with a game over, like if Martin dies in some of the Main Questline quests, and that results in a game over / load screen, so that means your run is over.
--------
If you get lucky, instead of picking a vanilla class, the character generator can also pick a custom class for you to play with, and generate it's specialization, favored attributes, and major skills for you to set them.

And if you get really lucky, you might get a Lucky Draw, which allows you to Load the game once if you die / if you get a game over.

It's a nuanced character generator, you won't get Dark Brotherhood if your character doesn't have the Sneak skill, or you won't get Mages Guild if your character doesn't have enough schools of magic allowed to use, for example.
