About this mod
Changes Vampirism, Vampire Skills and Vampire Attributes to make 'em stronger but keep 'em still balanced (I hope)

Stages
-Weakness to Fire 20% (kept it Vanilla)
-Resist Disease/Paralysis by 100% each (also Vanilla)
-Resist Normal Weapons 20%
-Added Cure Disease Effect (Because sometimes you still get infected with Diseases despite having 100% Resistance**)
-Resist Frost 50% (added this as a Counterweight to the Fire Weakness)
-Fortify Health/Fatigue/Magicka by 20 Points each (Why should a supernatural Creature not be stronger?)
-Added Water Breathing Effect (Dead Ones don't drown)
-Detect Life 300m (ONLY IN OPTIONAL FILE; some may like it, some won't, so it's up to you; for me it makes Sense that a Vampire can smell and hear it's Prey all the Time)
Vampirism Stage 2
-Weakness to Fire 30% (you're getting weaker, not stronger)
-Resist Disease/Paralysis 90%/100% (reduced the Disease Resistance to make it more believable that you still get infected sometimes)
-Resist Normal Weapons 15%
-Resist Frost 40%
-Fortify Health/Fatigue/Magicka by 15 Points each
-Water Breathing
-Detect Life 225m (ONLY IN OPTIONAL FILE)
(removed Sun Damage from this Stage)
Vampirism Stage 3
-Weakness to Fire 40%
-Resist Disease/Paralysis 80%/100%
-Resist Normal Weapons 10%
-Sun Damage 1 Point per Second (It's getting hot out there)
-Resist Frost 30%
-Fortify Health/Fatigue/Magicka by 10 Points each
-Water Breathing
-Detect Life 150m (ONLY IN OPTIONAL FILE)
Vampirism Stage 4
-Weakness to Fire 50%
-Resist Disease/Paralysis 70%/100% (left the 100% on Paralysis cause it really sucks otherwise - BELIEVE ME)
-Resist Normal Weapons 10%
-Sun Damage 2 Points per Second
-Resist Frost 20%
-Fortify Health/Fatigue/Magicka by 5 Points each
-Water Breathing
-Detect Life 75m (ONLY IN OPTIONAL FILE)
-Fortify Acrobatics/Athletics/Destruction/Hand to Hand/Illusion/Mysticism/Sneak by 20 Points each
Vampire Skills on Stage 2
-Fortify Acrobatics/Athletics/Destruction/Hand to Hand/Illusion/Mysticism/Sneak by 15 Points each
Vampire Skills on Stage 3
-Fortify Acrobatics/Athletics/Destruction/Hand to Hand/Illusion/Mysticism/Sneak by 10 Points each
Vampire Skills on Stage 4
-Fortify Acrobatics/Athletics/Destruction/Hand to Hand/Illusion/Mysticism/Sneak by 5 Points each
(These are basically just reversed Vanilla)
-Fortify Strength/Willpower/Speed by 20 Points each
Vampire Attributes on Stage 2
-Fortify Strength/Willpower/Speed by 15 Points each
Vampire Attributes on Stage 3
-Fortify Strength/Willpower/Speed by 10 Points each
Vampire Attributes on Stage 4
-Fortify Strength/Willpower/Speed by 5 Points each
(Also just reversed Vanilla)
One Thing I did NOT do is to give Vampires a higher Health Regeneration (which would make Sense actually), for the simple Reason that all the Changes apply to the Player and NPCs as well, so fighting a Group of Vampires who continually regenerates itself would not be as Fun as it sounds like. But if your Character is Chuck Norris, let me know, and I might make an corresponding Update.

Stage 1
Restore Health by 4 Points per Second
Stage 2
Restore Health by 3 Points per Second
Stage 3
Restore Health by 2 Points per Second
Stage 4
Restore Health by 1 Point per Second
Let me know if it's too much on Stage 1 -3
**If you're getting infected with a Disease on Stage 2, 3 or 4, just feed on some Dude and the Cure Effect will apply when you reach Stage 1 again, if you are on Stage 1, this doesn't work unfortunately, so you'll either have to hunger yourself to Stage 2 and feed again or heal yourself as usual with a Potion or in a Chapel.
Check the .txt in the Download Files for Install Instruction, but keep in Mind that you - if you install this while being a Vampire already - have to change your Stage either by hungering or feeding so the Changes can apply
